The Riverfront Moves series is back, bringing outdoor workouts from local fitness studios to the Spokane community. This Thursday, join barre3 Spokane for Barre on the Bridge, a 60-minute, low-impact total-body workout. Barre3 combines traditional barre with cardio and functional fitness, emphasizing balance, strength, endurance, and more, through both small and large-range movement.
Barre on the Bridge is free and suitable for all levels; just bring your mat and a water bottle to the Orange Howard Street Bridge and enjoy a summer sweat session!
