Symphony fans can ring in the new year at downtown Spokane’s Fox Theater, where the Spokane Symphony will continue its annual New Year’s Eve concert of Beethoven’s Ninth. This is the first time conducting the event for symphony Music Director James Lowe. Join in for what is promised to be an exhilarating and inspiring performance. EVENT: December 31, 7:30pm
