Spokane Valley’s food and drink celebration returns to CenterPlace this weekend, presenting the area’s largest culinary event. Showcasing local culinary talent, the three-day, all-you-can-eat event will focus on visionary chefs and tastemakers from around the region, while highlighting the flavors of the Northwest!
Crave! offers chef-inspired unique tastes of all kinds, from fish and meat cooked over open flame, produce-inspired dishes, one-bite delicacies, and desserts. Complete the experience with sips from a selection of regional beer, cider, wine and spirits. Friday’s theme presents Foods from Around the World, with Saturday’s theme focusing on Fire & Smoke, with a “culinary adventure” of smoked foods. Complete the weekend with Saturday night’s after party, where you can mingle with the chefs, enjoy casual eats and wind down with music from DJ Donuts. Each event is 21+.
