Founded by Chef Adam Hegsted, Crave! is a celebration of the Inland Northwest’s top chefs and tastemakers. This year’s event spans three days, Thursday through Saturday, at CenterPlace Event Center in Spokane Valley. With daily themes including Fire & Smoke and Foods Around the World, the walk-around tastings will feature local chefs, tastemakers and sips of all kinds, all set to live music. Look for chefs from local favorites like Zona Blanca and Republic Kitchen & Taphouse, plus offerings from select wineries, breweries, distilleries, and more, for an all-inclusive culinary experience!
Crave! Is produced by Spokane nonprofit JAKT Foundation, which operates with the goal of promoting community collaboration to create, celebrate, enrich, and expand a sense of community through events. It’s the perfect opportunity to taste the best of the Inland Northwest! Attendees for this all-you-can-eat, all-you-can-drink community event must be 21 and older.
