Boozy Holiday Whipped Coffee

Ingredients

2 tbsp. instant coffee

1 tbsp. Lakanto or Swerve brand sweetener

2 tbsp. boiling hot water

½ oz. chocolate liqueur

1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk

½ oz. Frangelico (hazelnut) liqueur

1 tsp. dark chocolate, shaved


Method

  • To make the whipped coffee, add the instant coffee, sweetener and hot water to a medium-sized bowl, and whip on high speed with a hand-mixer until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.

  • To layer the drink, poor chocolate liqueur into a glass, add ice then milk and Frangelico liqueur. Top drink with the whipped coffee and garnish with shaved dark chocolate. Stir whipped coffee into the drink before drinking.
