Brunch for a good cause this Saturday, at the 21st Annual Brunch and Auction Fundraising event in support of Because There is Hope! This community-wide event will be held on February 8, 2025, at CenterPlace Regional Event Center in Spokane Valley, WA. Doors open at 10:00 am for silent auction and raffle item viewing, with brunch beginning at 11:00 am.
BTIH provides crucial fuel cost assistance and lodging, free of charge, to out-of-town cancer patients and their caregivers traveling to Spokane for treatment. These individuals come from across the region, including Montana, Idaho, Oregon, and rural Eastern Washington, often staying for 4-6 weeks during their treatment. Beyond this core service, BTIH strives to ease the burden of travel by offering fuel cards and other supportive services and items to enhance comfort and reduce stress during their stay.
Generous support from the community enables BTIH to deliver hope, healing, and a sense of security to those affected by cancer.
